My mother died of lung cancer 5 years ago,and watching her go through this struggle was hard on me so i can only imagine all the pain and suffering she was feeling, even though she's with the lord now, i just wish i could have known sooner because she hid this from me for some years.God bless all of the survivors and continue to praise God and thank him.

I think that it's really interesting how cancer can lie dormant in someone for so many years without the doctors even knowing, and it takes for someone 2 almost die for them to find out, and by the time they do find out, it's already at an advanced stage, unbelievable.

I lost my father 2years ago to lung and brain cancer. My life has been forever changed. I miss him so much. I think about him more now than when he was in the land of the living. My father suffered from being paranoid and not trusting people. I believe when the Doctors told him he was sick he did not believe them, so did not inform us either. He bagam to cough up blood years later and i believe he knew then. That's when he informed me and it was to late already stage four.

I am battling breast cancer, my life have changed. This is rough but I am strong.

During chemo, I work two jobs and mange to attend college to get a master's degree

in education. I'm currently getting radiation and this has burned my skin and I

had a mastectomy. I'm still working and attending college. We all are survivors

and we can beat this awful disease. Let's stay strong together.
