SHERNITA WIGGINS-WYNDER, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT,FLORIDA CHAPTER

Shernita Wiggins-Wynder has over 20 years combined experience in education, creative design, technical and creative writing skills, advanced technology skills, along with degrees in both education and technology (B.S. Art Education K-12, M.A. Technology Integration in Education K-12-, and 3-year course work in EDD Instructional Technology and Distance Education: Minor Adult Education). She is the Editor of her own self-publishing company, Car’mel-Velocity Pennation Publishing and Tree of Life’spiration Press which provide services to self-publishing authors from the editing to the printing process and marketing. She has 3 published authors with 2 of her own publications being released Spring 2022 and she is Co-Author of “Born 4 This” with Que’Nona Guilford Valentine and 5 other authors.

Her creative writing skills can be seen in local newspapers in Monroe and Wilcox County, Alabama (The Monroe Journal and the Progressive Era) and the Montgomery Advertiser in Montgomery, Alabama. She was the Senior Writer of the well-known publication, Trendsetters to Trendsetters Magazine in Atlanta, Georgia as a Celebrity correspondent/journalist. She is a visual artist, singer, poet, playwright, and CEO/Founder of the Trinity Entertainment Production Media.

She helps individuals to establish businesses and nonprofits and to brand themselves. She has interviewed celebrities at the Trumpet Awards, Black Music Honors, Diamond Awards, Stellar Awards, films and TV shows on Bounce TV and TV One. Her TEP Media team has done marketing for up-and-coming vocal artists, models, authors, ministries, businesses, and award shows.

She is also the Founder of the 501(c)3 domestic violence nonprofit foundation in Pensacola, Florida, the Hattie M. Wiggins Beacon of Light, Incorporated, that is quickly making an impact in her community. She has served on the American Cancer Society Volunteer Leadership Board, Governor Bob Riley’s Leadership Board established through the Auburn University Humanities department and Clerk for the Escambia County Board of Elections. Mrs. Wiggins-Wynder is currently the host of her own web syndicated show, The Coffee Shop Talk with Shernita that can be seen Live on Facebook and YouTube. She is quickly one to watch in media and community
