Theresa O’Neal is a brand builder, publicist and marketing professional with over twenty years of experience, mostly in the areas of media and entertainment. For one decade, O’Neal worked with Nickelodeon/MTV Networks (MTVN). As Director of Public Affairs and Viewer Services, she contributed to four successful, nationwide MTVN pro-social initiatives: Nickelodeon’s The Big Help and Let’s Just Play, Nick at Nite and TV Land’s Family Table and Spike TV’s Check up or Check Out. She revamped Viewer Services for Nickelodeon, Nick Jr., Nick at Nite, TV Land and Spike TV, by streamlining audience communication through a custom-designed database system, spearheaded its integration with Public Affairs and became the Privacy Officer for each brand’s website. As a dual member of the Nickelodeon Networks Diversity Team and MTVN Diversity Council, she received an award for her work as a diversity leader.
In 2004, O’Neal left MTVN to focus on a career in marketing and publicity, working with a diverse group of clientele. Some of her clients include the American Cancer Society and The Nu Hotel and she is currently developing two international film festivals. O’Neal’s clients have been featured on The Today Show, MSNBC, CBS, CNN, Fox News as well as highlighted in the New York Times, NY Daily News, New York Post, Essence, Black Enterprise and Church Executive. She is also a sought-after public speaker, who most recently spoke at Pratt University and New York University’s Kimmel Center.

As a cancer survivor 3 times, I have been spreading awareness on how We can take back Our Health, and teach others the same. over 10 Family members have transitioned due to this disease, many gave up hope. It's time to FIGHT, and assist others during their battles as well.
